As Josephine stared at the ceiling, thinking of marriage, Ferdinand drew circles with his fingertip around her bellybutton. They were naked in bed. Ferdinand’s hand slipped between her legs, and she grinned. An unwelcome visitor knocked at the door. Josephine bolted from the bed. ‘Hide!’ she whispered. ‘Under the bed!’
A 50-Word Story a Day Keeps the Boredom Away #24

Love comes to shove…
Reminds me of the Rossetti literary family. Neat story, Vincent!
I know nothing about the Rossetti literary family, so if you would take the time to tell me what mischief they did, in one or two sentences, I would send you one more invisible gift, and be forever grateful.
A plethora of passion, performance, and poetry.
Ha ha! That’s my kind of story – but I will tell you, from painful personal experience, that under the bed is a terrible place to hide – that’s always the first place they look! 🙂
I have to admit that’s true.
reminds me of too many episodes of 2 & a Half Men with Charlie Harper. 🙂 Good story.
I used to watch that show when I still had a TV. 🙂
hmmm. very naughty! 😀
Just a bit naughty. Never hurt anyone.
You’ve been nominated for a Very Inspiring Blogger award (because I do enjoy reading your posts).

haha, this one’s brilliant 🙂
Have you tried writing six word stories?
You mean like…
For rent: wedding dress. Never washed.
?
I tip my hat to you for that award. I will check the link soon.
yeah 😀 damn you, I can’t think of a single one…
I love the naughtier stories you write, because they just walk the line. Its great. I love it.
Yay! That’s exactly how I want them to be. 🙂
You make me feel quite jealous. I’m not a writer, so I cannot express why I’m so jealous, just know I am.
It’s because of the hat. You need to get one yourself. 😉
