The inky-haired woman saw the hatted boy approach and dropped her red kerchief at her feet.
‘Boy, will you pick it up?’
Her fancy skirt was rather short.
Blushing, he stooped, picked it up, and gave it to her.
‘Good boy. Now you shall accompany me to the dentist.’

I write as a way of life: stories, blogs, articles, almost-poems. I'm a freelancer, a vegetarian, and I listen to Leonard Cohen and enjoy French films. We are dying a little more with each new day we live, so shouldn't we make the most of our time?

“…and we’ll have a date after.” She added.
I doubt that a woman who has recently been to the dentist is in a fit condition for kissing.
kissing? too abrupt. just holding hands and embraces first. 😛
Don’t underestimate tingly kisses.
I absolutely must have this dress.
Obviously the inky-haired lady saw in the hatted boy a sympathic person who would help steady her fears. What an admirable start to a relationship, since we all take what we need from another – hopefully in the nicest of ways.
i wonder if he was sweet enough to not peek, or at least pretend he didn’t. That girl, obviously forgot her medical card home and needed extra cash.haha! delightful.
