Jonathan and his husky Snowflake were inseparable. They ate together, they ran together, they slept together. When Jonathan fell ill, Snowflake fell ill too. When Jonathan wept, Snowflake wept too. When Jonathan died, Snowflake died too. They made the dog a coffin, and buried them together, in the same grave.
A 50-Word Story a Day Keeps the Boredom Away #18

That’s a really sweet story.
🙂
Sorry to be facetious, but was the coffin dog shaped?
It was star-shaped actually. I would have mentioned it, but I did not have enough space. 🙂
(;_;)
50 words a day! Now that’s ambitious. I’ve been doing the 500 word stories, but I suspect it’s harder to do the 50. It seems like the work is always trying to get the word count down. Nice story! Keep up the good work!
Who is “they?”
It will remain a mystery.
Okay then, I’ll leave it to my vivid imagination. 🙂
This speaks to me. I love my dog to bits and pIeces.
Take good care of him!
