I write as a way of life: stories, blogs, articles, almost-poems. I'm a freelancer, a vegetarian, and I listen to Leonard Cohen and enjoy French films. We are dying a little more with each new day we live, so shouldn't we make the most of our time?

Too bad these surgical errors never happen the opposite way. Like, you go in for an appendectomy, and they accidentally upgrade your muscle tissue with bionics. And maybe they give you laser beam eyes. That would be cool.

We must wait for such procedures to become the norm. And then maybe fortunate medical errors will happen.

You are fond of the word “pale,” dear one. Perhaps because it fits us so?
And that was a very, very silly mistake that doctor made. Did someone switch the patient’s chart?
It fits women better than men, I think. Though Poe himself was ghastly pale.
my thoughts in the end- “oh crap.”
Posting a comment in the hopes of receiving the aforementioned invisible gift 😉
I really like that your stories are short yet engaging. I try to do something similar on my blog, but I have a long way to go!
Please do drop off a few tips and my (invisible) gift at http://anawnimiss.wordpress.com 🙂

love these – absolutely great story snippets 🙂
Wow.
I feel sorry for the girl. And a little afraid of doctors!
Is it me or aren’t we all tired of short stories involving death/suicide/tragedy?
It’s probably you. 😉
I can’t tell you how much I enjoy these tiny stories. So much imagery in so few words! Please keep them coming…
I shall, if only to entertain you. 🙂
